Affordable housing, a great location and sober residents all in a secure campus like atmosphere. The Village at Midtown has a superb location in Miami Dade County, Florida. East of Biscayne Boulevard at 31st Street. Minutes from Downtown, Miami Beach, public bus stops, numerous stores & more. The Village at Midtown is not a halfway house nor is it a three quarter way house. It is a "recovery community." There are no curfews or strict rules but sobriety is an absolute requirement. The Village at Midtown was established to meet the needs of recovering men, women and families seeking a safe, drug free and supportive living environment to assist in maintaining and furthering their sobriety. Our intent is to create and maintain a positive, nuturing living environment that will maximize each resident's potential for continued recovery at an affordable rate. The Village at Midtown is more than a halfway house or a three quarter way house, it is a "recovery community." The Village at Midtown is a drug free environment with a zero tolerance policy towards the use of alcohol or other drugs. This approach is strictly enforced to promote a safer and more productive living environment for all residents who wish to stay sober. The Village at Midtown is conveniently located in Midtown Miami. It is located within walking distance to Metro Dade bus stops on Biscayne Boulevard. Drug stores, grocery stores, restaurants and other retail stores are all within walking distance. Entrance to major highways such as I-95 and I-195 are nearby. Children Children of residents are welcome. A playground is located on site for the children. Maintenance A full time maintenance staff is available to make necessary repairs and to maintain the property. On Site Meeting A NA meeting is located on site. Meetings take place on Tuesday's, Thursday's and Sunday's at 8:30pm. No Curfews There are no curfews imposed on residents.
